K.M. was visiting Louisiana from Sacramento, California. She was assaulted by an intoxicated off-duty FBI agent in the French Quarter.

During depositions and discovery, we found evidence of a history of dishonest conduct by the defendant and a history of violence against women.

This resulted in a substantial settlement. The amount is subject to a confidentiality agreement.
