Mr. U was accused of having sexually assaulted his two minor daughters. His civilian wife was his main accuser.

We were able to show, through expert testimony and cross-examination of the mother, that she had coached the kids in an effort to stay in on post housing during their pending divorce.

Therefore, a Not Guilty was returned and he was able to resume his career in the military.
