Attorney Whitney Lorello earned her Juris Doctorate Degree from the University of Connecticut School of Law in May 2020. She was admitted to practice law in Spring of 2021. Before going to law school, she received a bachelors in Sociology with a minor in Criminal Justice from the University of Connecticut in 2017.
While at law school, she was the recipient of the Public Interest Law Group Helen Z. Pearl Fellowship for her internship with the State's Attorney Office in New Haven, Connecticut in 2018. From 2018 to 2019 she represented low-income clients in criminal matters while participating in the UCONN Law Criminal Trial Clinic . In 2019, she mediated employment discrimination cases on behalf of the Commission on Human Rights and Opportunities and the Mediation Clinic at UCONN Law. Before coming to work for Pat Brown she was a legal intern at Ruane Attorneys At Law LLC, where she assisted with criminal and habeas matters.
